Sanja Unković, Deputy Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, spoke about the importance of improving the conduct of inspection supervision in terms of improving the methods and methodology of performing these tasks.

Special attention during the training was given to the preparation of the annual inspection plan and its execution on the basis of reports of violations, as well as the determination of goals, priorities and methods of assessment and reporting. By reviewing the strategies and tools of conducting inspections, methods of obtaining information, monitoring of inspection checklists, as well as verification of information and data, the focus was placed on key activities in the process of inspection processing of personal data protection.
